SHIPPING

We process order between 1 to 2 business days after the customer places it. An Order placed during the weekend or will not be process until Monday.  Moreover, an order placed during holiday will be process the next business day.

We process your order from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm CST.

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information, and it will be sent to your e-mail.

 

We use FedEx and USPS as our carriers.

 

RETURNS

All returned items will be assessed a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee, and will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return

 

REFUND

All original packaging and materials, including all parts, accessories and instruction manuals must be returned with the product. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in denial of refund.

 

To start a return, you can contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
